Andrea Anders
Anders was originally was born in Madison and grew up in DeForest. But, she currently lives with her family in Los Angeles. In 1993, she graduated from DeForest Area Highschool located in DeForest Wisconsin. And in 1997 she earned her bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. The two met on the filming of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). Anders began working in theatres in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Anders also played Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. Also, she was on stage in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater as well as two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders first appeared on stage in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig, which closed it's doors on July 1 2007 saw Anders play Jeannie, a bookkeeper. Anders debut TV appearance came in the Dannon commercial that ran in the mid-90s. She then appeared again around the year 2006. Anders was a character of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both shows were cancelled even though she appeared in every episode. Anders was also seen making guest appearances for One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. Anders was featured in five episodes of HBO's drama series Oz in 2003. She played Donna Degenhart. In 2004, she played Heather in The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders has also been seen on Numb3rs in 2008. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled television pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
